According to reports on June 15, recently, Jia Yueting added a consumption restriction order because he failed to fulfill the payment obligations determined by the effective legal documents on time. The applicant is the China Securities Regulatory Commission(CSRC), which involves an administrative non-litigation enforcement case.

The consumption restriction order pointed out that Jia Yueting was restricted from implementing the following high-consumption and non-essential consumption behaviors for life and work, such as taking a plane, buying a house or a car.

According to public information, Jia Yueting was once again applied for consumption restriction by Ping An Bank not long ago, which was related to more than 40 consumption restriction orders. The applicants included many banks and securities companies.

It"s noticed that on May 31, Faraday Future held the "FF 91 & Faraday Future 2.0 Ultimate Release" event, and founder Jia Yueting announced that Faraday Future"s first production car, the FF91, will enter the delivery phase.

On the second day of the FF conference (June 1), Jia Yueting posted a video on his TikTok account, with the IP address showing as the United States.In the video, Jia Yueting drove the FF while saying, "I want to say to entrepreneurs that no matter what difficulties or even disasters you face, just remember that this is not the end of your story, nor the end of your career, and certainly not the end of your life. As long as we take each disaster as an opportunity to exercise our abilities and keep going, we will suddenly find that these disasters will leave us and the difficulties will soon pass."
